The Johnston Family

Let me just start out by saying how much I love this family!! We took a trip to Shaver Lake to see them during their family reunion. We had such a great time catching up and seeing how big all the kids have grown. Talen loved playing at the Lake and he even went on his first boat ride. I never thought he would go because I didn't think he would wear the life vest but he did. He went all by himself on the boat and was gone for 2 hours and never looked back. They said he was jumping up and down loving every minute. I on the other hand was worried sick that he was not being good for them. Thanks for inviting us to share this special time with you. We can't wait for the next reunion!

So this picture cracks me up that is why I had to share. We started potty training and nothing like having to pull over coming down the mountain. He did such a good job all day!

I wish I had as much energy as this kid does. He ran around the whole hour we were at jump class and never sat down once.

My in-laws came for a couple of days and Talen's Grandma Da brought him these sunglasses. He would never put sunglasses on until he got these. He liked them so much he had to take them into the bath with him.

Family Reunion 2010

We went to Lordsburg, NM again for our family reunion over 4th of July weekend. Talen loved being outside and playing with all his cousins. He got a little scared watching the fireworks but loved the sparklers.

I wish we lived closer to my brother because these two have so much fun together:)

Talen loved having his Auntie Heather around to follow him where ever he wanted to go. I couldn't have made this trip without her because she helped me out sooooooooo much! She had to go home to get a vacation from her vacation...lol! Thank you Sis!

Talen doesn't like to sit still for pictures so I got a new model for a day. My niece let me take as many pictures of her on one condition that I let her take pictures of me. She has this cute little kid camera that actually takes pictures. I would take a picture of her and then she would take a picture of me with my head cut off. She would tell me it's ok that I cut your head off...lol!

So I wanted to get a family picture of the 3 of us before the baby came but Jay just has not been home...gotta love the Navy! I at least got some sweet pictures of Talen and I together. Thanks Dad!

I am 33 weeks so she will be here soon!

Gotta love that you have to bribe your kids with fruit snacks to sit for a picture.

Jump class

My friend told me about this fun class for kids so I took Talen the other day. He like running around and especially loved the trampoline. We will definitley have to go back soon. Thanks for sharing Bree:)

Vegas

We took a trip to Vegas before Jay left to the boat. We took Talen to see The Lion King and he actually sat there for 2 1/2 hours...wow! He really liked it and is still talking about it.

Talen loved the water show at the Bellagio. We would've watched it all night but it was 108 outside.
