Monterey/San Francisco

Jay and one of his best friends from high school try to go to a 49ers game every year. We decided to make a trip out of it so the wives and kids came along. We stopped in Monterey for a day to check out the Aquarium.

Talen loves maps:)
Waiting for the water to splash over our heads
Scared us....lol!

So cute they were holding hands.

I think jelly fish are so cool!

Had to stop and get a treat after checking out all the fish.

Talen loved all the big Christmas trees everywhere.
Me and Michelle:)
Tyler and Talen waiting to get some dinner.

It was so cold I bundled Addison up and she looked like a little mummy...my sweet girl:)
Brings back memories for me

Talen was so tired he fell asleep right after he ate his ice cream.
The next day we took the kids to the Children's Creativity Museum.
Tyler and Talen playing in the dark sound room
Me putting on a puppet show:)

Addison spent an hour on this slide she loved it!

The kids dancing in the green room...having fun changing the backgrounds...
Tyler and I made a music video singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Talen had fun on the slides outside they were super fast.

Ready for the big game!

Tyler came to say goodbye and this is what happened...so cute!

The movers are here!

Well this is officially my first move in my life. I had no idea what I was in for but I don't want to do this again for a while. It was a lot of work and I am glad it is over.
Looks so different without all our stuff.

We had so much stuff the doors almost didn't shut...yikes!
Jay taking a look at the house one last time:(

Miss you Grandpa

I remember growing up thinking my Grandpa looked just like Jean Claude Van Damme. He was tall and handsome and just had this look about him. I can picture him sitting at the table reading his newspaper while eating breakfast like it was yesterday. I will always remember him singing me Two Little Birds while using his fingers to act out the birds flying away. He was such a wonderful man and cared about helping others. We love you grandpa and miss you very much.

Last day at his Preschool

It was bitter sweet the last day at Talen's school. Talen was sad to say goodbye but excited to move to Washington DC.

My Little Angel

Talen's school had a Christmas program and the kids looked so cute!

Of course Talen made faces the whole time instead of singing the songs.

Check up

Talen did such a good job at the Dentist again. I think I am more afraid then he is...lol!
Looking like Elton John Buddy:)
All clean:)

Riding in Captain's elevator

The time has finally come to build the elevator...woohoo!!!! I have been waiting for this over half my life and he decides to build it right when we move:( Talen got to take a ride inside before it was finished and loved it. We can't wait to ride it when we come visit!!

Childhood memories

I will never forget the year I got this Home Alone 2 game for Christmas. I loved playing it when I was a kid and I still love playing it now. Talen likes getting this game out at my mom's house to play. Thanks for keeping all our fun games mom:)
