Carlsbad

My parents got their time share for a week at the beach and invited us to come. We thought it would be a little warmer but we still had a great time. Talen had so much fun and loved when the waves came in as though they were chasing him. He and my mom could've camped out on the beach all week and never left.

We found the neatest tent that pops up in 2 seconds. It came in very handy to block the wind and help keep us warm.

Talen swam everyday at the resort. He is getting more confident swimming by himself but now if I could only get that noodle away.

For those of you who don't know my mom she LOVES flowers. We saw this flower field one day driving by, so of course, we had to go check it out.

Addison was excited to ride the tractor but Dad on the other hand...

It was very interesting watching them cut and bag all the flower to sell. They did it so fast they must have done it a million times.

We, unfortunately, came at the end of the season so they have been pick through. I can only imagian what these fields look like in March. There is 50 acres of Giant Tecolote Ranunculus.
